The package was crawling with ants 🐜 when I opened it. I had to throw the box outside. Luckily, the bottle is sealed. Cancelled my subscription and will look for an alternate source of CBD. Called customer service to let them know. Very gross. Ugh.

Hi Donna, As our customer service representative explained, the ants did not come from our facility. We are an FDA registered facility who operates under cGMP guidelines. Our facility and employee would had to have been covered in ants during the packing process and that's just not possible. The more appropriate explanation is the fact that your package sat outside at your location for a day prior to you claiming it. We are still horrified that you experienced that when opening your package. Even though this experience was not our fault, our offer to refund your order or ship another bottle to you (ableit with another carrier) still stands. We wish you the best of luck and hope you continue to get the relief you deserve.
