Bought satellite cable through Best Buy but didn’t end up needing it. Tried to return it through Best Buy. No return label provided. Best Buy customer service said I had to go through BlueDealz. BlueDealz by email said I had to go through Best Buy. Called their customer service line twice. Had to leave voice mails which were never returned. Businesses that make it easy to buy but impossible to return make you suffer in one of Dante’s nine rings of hell. Stay away.

Bluedealz has a contract with Walmart.com I've ordered cable modems by 5 at a time and each time I've ordered my order was short by 2 modems and each time i would have notify walmart.com and complain to them that my order was shorten by bluedealz .This company will inconvenience you by shortening your orders intern you have to complain for them to straighten out the problem Im just wondering if anyone down at bluedealz who can count.

Falsely advised a $600 cell phone as dual sim when it was not. Wasted hours of my time with terrible customer service. Thanks to their sleazy practices I'm now stuck with a $600 cell I didn't order. Don't make the same mistake I did. Buy elsewhere.
