I've been buying books from these guys (through Amazon) for a while now and I will continue to do so for a long time. I'm a big fan of their 1-cent books, which are always in fine condition. The one time I didn't receive one of the books I ordered, I let them know. They got back to me very quickly and let me know that they'd mailed me a replacement at no charge with expedited shipping. These are good people selling fine products at amazing prices. You simply cannot go wrong here.

I ordered a book through Blue Cloud and it didn't arrive. After writing to them and our agreeing to wait some further time (and it still not arriving), they without hesitation issued me with a refund.
