Terrible support staff!

I haved purchased ED medicine from numerous sources.The Vardenafil that I purchased from BlueChew was the least effective of any purchase that I have made.If I could give Zero stars....I would.Maybe I got a bad batch of pills but in any case I'm not going to buy anymore

It's a waist of money. They claim it has sedifel and it doesn't. I've had taken viagra before and there are always side effects. Taking blue chew nothing I even took two pills and nothing. It's just a scam.

The company charged me twice for the same order and told me I needed to wait 5 days for the refund. Buyer beware , check your receipts . They hope you don’t notice

The 9 mg Cialis generic was what I ordered. It did not work as intended. At all. I don't need the finger wagging Blue Chew school master lecture of how to dose, what to expect, etc. I already received 2 shipments so will most likely need to charge back the last. I went from 50 mg FDA approved generic Viagra, Rx written from my family doctor and filled my reputable Canadian (BC) pharmacy, which medication was great. I was looking to save money and try a medication that lasted longer than 3 hours so ordered from Blue Chew. Finally tried my first Blue Chew (non FDA approved) generic Cialis and… nothing. No typical flushing, headache, back ache or nasal congestion as typical with the ED meds. I emailed the “24/7 Customer Service” number in the early part of the day. Finally received an email back the next day that was clearly a cut and paste template response. Embarrassing that the sender didn’t fill in the appropriate fields which made their response appear half-@ssed and pretty unprofessional. The email included a lecture of how the drug works (Duh…I’m 60 and have been taking ED meds for almost 20 years). Too late for a refund. Don’t make my mistake. Don’t buy into the coupon marketing shtick. Get a proper Rx and have it filled with an FDA approved ED med from a reliable, inexpensive pharmacy.

I've used other companies before without issue, but had a promo and decided to give bc a try. The product doesn't work. I've canceled my account after my first shipment. Their customer service is terrible. Avoid the temptation to use that promo

Didn't do anything. doesn't work don't waste your money.

The product tastes gross. Too much trouble to cancel my subscription, had to initiate a chargeback
