I never received the order in the mail. It's saying it has been delivered, but i've never received it

Horrible customer service, and they continue to lie when there is an issue. I would stay away from this service and try another like "Hims". I will not be going back.

Pills are the same as all the other companies but this company sucks. I paid for faster 2-3 day shipping. I got a tracking notification that it would take at least 8 days. Rather than take accountability, their customer service person tried to gaslight me into accepting that was expected and told me not to expect a refund for my shipping. For reference, I ordered it on the 29th, it was processed the 30th. The 1st is a holiday, I accept that. 30th, 31st, & 2nd, is 3 days. I ordered it for an event and I ordered it on time. They won't let you cancel orders and they also recreate time windows to refuse shipping refunds. It's broke behavior and self-destructive customer service that lacks all common sense. Find a company that understands accountability and doesn't patronize It's customers over $8. What an absolute joke.

The customer will suspect that you took advantage of a new customer and you over-delivered because you want more Sales Actual, more Credit Card collection and more Profit. Worst that you did as a company, you over-delivered a near expiring May 21, 2026 at 162 tablet versus my actual order of 54 tablet. Your employees involved in this wrongdoing should be fired out. They are employees who are possibly after for more Sales Actual, more Credit Card collection and more profit but so insensitive that do not gain the loyalty of your new customers. How can you finished 162 tablets expiring on May 21, 2026 at once a day maximum dosage but you cannot take daily and only taken as the need arises? Count your number of days since the over-delivered of 162 tablets until the expiration date of May 21, 2026. Better please resolve this complaint asap!
