I texted them back as soon as I ordered to change to gold but they wouldn't let me change ir cancel. Even if its a good product I won't use them again

Twice I tried ordering and twice blue chew helped themselves to my bank account. Think they're sketchy and to all say be careful. Otherwise you'll be taken advantage of. Such a scam!!👎🏽👎🏽

So many things. I originally put the wrong address down, and it led to one of the worst series of customer service experiences I've ever encountered. Completely given the brush off when I was trying to figure out what was wrong. Then followed by more problems. I literally thought I was chatting with a chat bit because of how inhuman their responses were. Rarely been more more frustrated by a purchase and customer experience.

Your ordering process is very confusing in terms of what was ordered, is it recurring, how much did I order, then trying to cancel the whole order and change it to a dormant account. its probably my fault but of course I am not the sharpest bulb in the box or the sharpest tool in the shed, LOL
