Customer service is always great. However, some aspects of entering a “change of plan” and order entry are not as intuitive as the software developer may think they are!

The product works well for me. Not perfect but works most of the time.

I was ask about the other medication that I was taking, and it was supposedly reviewed by a doctor in order for me to be able to purchase the product. I don’t know if this procedure was just to cover any lawsuits against them that might accrue if someone get really sick
