ZERO STARS — AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE OF AN AIRLINE. Blue Bird Airways is by far the worst airline I have ever encountered. Flight BZ612 from Tel Aviv to Amsterdam was supposed to depart at 13:10, but was pushed back to at least 15:45 — with absolutely no confidence that this “estimated” time would not change again. Flying with Blue Bird feels like handing your money and your entire day to a company that has no respect whatsoever for its passengers’ time. The uncertainty, stress and complete lack of reliability are unacceptable. A flight ticket should provide transportation — not hours of anxiety and guessing whether the plane will ever leave. I genuinely cannot understand how an airline can operate with such appalling reliability. Blue Bird Airways has earned its reputation as one of the worst-rated airlines, and my experience explains exactly why. Do yourself a favor: pay more, take a connection, or choose literally any other airline. Anything is better than trusting Blue Bird Airways with your travel plans. I will never fly with this company again, and I strongly warn everyone I know to stay far away.
