If I could rate them negative one I would. I have never seen such horrible customer service. I ordered a posture corrector. After three weeks of the shipping information indicationing that USPS haf not received the item, I contacted Blue Bear customer service. They assured me they would follow up with me in 24-48 hours. A week and several emails later, I have not heard back. If you are considering buying from this vendor, it would be less painful to take twice the amount you would have spent and flush it down the toilet. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Horrible. Stay away.

Rip Off Artists ! Ordered from them a month ago and got nothing. They will not communicate and you cant get a phone number. I got the splintered shaft up the you know what. Do NOT do and business with these schisters..

Have sent 3 messages asking for status of order and if I can change the mailing address. Have no idea why a quick email can't be sent to follow-up. There's no option for zero stars? DO NOT USE!!! Absolutely horrible customer service and communication. Ordered something four weeks ago, got an email the next day that said it was on the way and haven't heard anything since. I expected it to take a little longer but have not gotten any information from them regarding my order. Tried to reach out several times and got one response by email. I paid for expedited shipping only to find out after checkout they tell you due to COVID orders may take several weeks. I was assigned some wonky tracking number... When I try to use it it says "no message from courier". I also tried calling and got a message that said their phones were being updated...how convenient. The message sounded like some guy in his mom's basement. I was hoping to use the exercise bands I ordered until my gym opened up, but it opened up Monday. I have a feeling I'm out 40 bucks and will have to dispute it with my bank. I think Facebook should have some responsibility on what ads pop up when you are using their site. I think I'm done now.

SCAM, beware!!!! I bought something from them and it still have not arrived. They keep telling me to be patient it will be here in like two weeks or so, and it has been a month. They also sent a USPS tracking number but it just looks like it never left the carrier. So, I looked up their address on google maps and it looks like it's a post office! I have been e-maling them and they don't reply at all. There is no phone number anywhere to be called. I can't believe there are still people like that out there to make a living out of it. SICK

Ordered and paid over two months ago, still nothing, and no response from customer service.
