Produce is inferior
The staff are friendly and responsive, but the products are bad. They delivered our first order and around 50% of the produce was out-of-season. In summer they are delivering flavorless apples, tough and dry yams, and inferior oranges. We threw most of the food they sent us into the garbage. Seriously - apples, oranges and yams in JULY?!!! The strawberries were in season, but were not nearly as fresh as the same exact brand found in Whole Foods. So you are getting very, very expensive deliveries of produce that is out-of-season and inferior, and even the in-season produce is less fresh that what you can get for a lot less at Whole Foods or Sprouts, or any other grocery at all. Not recommended.
