Support is auwful takes AT LEAST 4 HOURS for them to even reply once you get in a convi they wait 3-4 mins before responding I have been waiting on my order for 3 DAYS

I get that it could take a bit of time for a brainrot to arrive as someone who also write a review said it took them 5 hours. But from the time I sent the first message to when I got the brainrot it took them a whole 13 hours! When I asked for some sort of compensation they completely ignored it and just sent me the game link. I really hope if I order from this website again the service gets way better. The only positive from this is that they are trusted.

Must be bots filling all this out because it is absolutely a scam. My 10 year old paid $50 for two brain rots he never received. The directions send you in circles. It’s been over 24 hours and they ghost you in the chat then come back and say “you still there” but never deliver the actual order.

This is a scam,iv waited hours for this to come in. And all the waiting did was disappoint my son!! I gave the benefit of the doubt bcz he says its on Instagram so im just as nieve as my 13 yr old. What a damn shame this site is . I think all the "good" reviews are all fake as well.
