Repeated attempts to contact customer services have had no response. Really poor answer unacceptable! No stars from me for a service which is completely unacceptable. Steer well clear!

£250 withdraw minimum? i got to 275 with there bonus and couldn't withdraw a penny. So we are basically depositing for nothing. Scam site just like every other review has said. On the site it says just a 20 deposit for a withdraw aswell You will never be able to cash out due to the terms and bonus rules. They told me I would have to deposit another 80 to cash out then probably do a runner with that. I've also been seeing that they ask people for much more id then needed same as they did with me. So no doubt they are using our details aswell

The site is a proper scam do not use. If you win say £200 they won't pay it out unless you have deposited £200 or more and they say its in there terms and conditions 9.11.2 .
