The POS system is excellent, and the customer service is very good. While I felt I could have used a bit more training initially, the support team guided me through any issues I encountered online and over the phone. They've consistently been polite and incredibly helpful whenever assistance is needed.

Jerry, our installer, and Bryant, our trainer, were b oth exceptionally skilled, making the entire process seamless and straightforward.

Switching to blogic has been incredible! problems are infrequent, and when they do arise, they're promptly resolved. We appreciate the rgular updates and new features. I wholeheartedly recommend blogic without any hesitation.
