I'm still waiting for my refund from Bling Jewelry that was issued on Oct 26,2022. They issued me a refund by echeck( Note: no mention of echeck refund method in their return policy) that hasn't cleared from their banking institution to my account. This is my first and last time ever doing business with this company due to this and the substandard quality of their overpriced jewelry

I have been trying to return a chain I ordered, but I was never sent a confirmation email. Every time I have tried to contact them I have gotten no where. Do not order from this site, not worth risking wasting you're money on a product you don't like and not being able to take you're money back. What a joke.

I have been trying to get my refund back from these jokers since December 2021 they are so unprofessional bunch of jokers wondering where they get their reviews from are they real because their customer service skills are disgusting please beware when ordering from this site they are quick to confirm your order crap at sending things out in time and getting your money back is like getting blood out of a stone I WANT my MONEY. BACK

Awfully run company. I just got my refund today March 22nd 2022 from orders placed in SEPTEMBER of 21. That should say it all.

Ce site est une arnaque totale ! Sous prétexte de vendre des bijoux en or, ils vous font expédier depuis la Chine de la camelote à 2€. Je suis très en colère pour mon fils ado qui a cru faire une affaire. En plus ils ne s'en cachent pas et ne prennent même pas la peine de changer l'enveloppe Alibaba qui arrive de Chine. Si leurs produits vous plaisent prenez les chez alibaba ce sera au bon tarif.

Very disappointed. A necklace I purchased as a Christmas gift broke almost immediately. After a dozen emails with attached pictures of the broken necklace, the company did not stand behind their product & replace it. I will never purchase from this company again. Waste of money!

I ordered a letter pendant necklace and it came damaged with scratches all over and one very large scratch through the letter, so I sent it back for an exchange. Almost one month later I receive the "exchange" I asked for. To my surprise I opened it and found the EXACT SAME necklace inside. I have emailed customer service 3x and called during business hours 2x and have went to voicemail every time and have "server issues" for the email. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and the poor quality of merchandise.
