This place is 100% a SCAM
This place is 100% a SCAM. I have emailed several times about my order and I've gotten nothing but generic BS answers from some person claiming to be "Tony Gualtieri". I've asked for a tracking number 5 times and never given one. Promised delivery by May 25, never came. I've reported them to the FTC, BBB, and filed a police report for fraudulent charges.

Sorry to hear about your order not received. We have so many complains this day from people who have not received order and we believe it's not from Blingjewelry.com. Please verify your email confirmation about the domain you have placed order. Also we don't have any one called "Tony Gualtieri" in our customer service team. Please consider dispute charges on your credit card bank. Thanks.

Ordered twice from the store
Ordered twice from the store. Never got my items. Went to check in on it today and store is down. How tf am I supposed to get my stuff now. Complete scam. unbelievable

I tried looking your order in our system but we don't have any such order number either with your name, email or phone number. I’m still waiting on my package and I never received a tracking number it been almost a month now nothing in my mailbox very disappointing I feel like I been robbed twice with the payment method I will be contacting my lawyer to look into this issue. Order number 21305

I ordered a bracelet for Christmas- it fit well and was beautiful with very pretty stones. In June, after only 6 months I was at the mall and was going to get it cleaned at the jewelry store. When I took it off I noticed a stone by the clasp was missing. I contacted Bling and they said their lifetime warranty did not cover normal wear and tear. I did not understand how a stone falling out in only six months was normal wear and tear. I’ve had jewelry, including tennis bracelets for decades, and never had this issue. They finally agreed that they would replace the stone if I paid to ship it to China and paid for return shipping. They asked me not to declare more than $20 value on the bracelet. I sent it back to the address in China by regular mail and now they claim they never received it so now I not only don’t have a broken bracelet. I don’t have any bracelet And they are not willing to do anything to try and resolve.

I have been sent the wrong product.
I have been sent the wrong product. In the months of Jan/Feb/Mar 2023 Not once, not twice but thrice. Complete apathy from the service team. Will never buy anthing from this site. Will discourgae friends and family also.
