Very disappointing
Ordered a size small that was like a child size. Reordered a size large and received the same too small size item. Not ever going to order anything again. Customer service on website ignoring me, and email provided for customer service bounces back. Very frustrating

Hi Kristin, our customer service was more than responsive to you in a timely fashion. Although I understand your frustration with the fit and how neither size worked for you. You have given false information on how your return experience was handled. Your pre-paid return label was sent to you both times that the product didn't work for you.
