We purchased a grill for our outdoor kitchen with several other items. In just 4 years the natural gas regulator that they provided with the grill is not working as is some of the burners. We are now told it will be months before that can estimate a shipping date, leaving us with no working kitchen for the entire holiday season. They refuse to ship a replacement grill even though they have plenty in stock and if I go to the website, I can buy a new one and get it shipped in 24 hours. Very poor customer service.
