Blackwater Evaluation provided…
Blackwater Evaluation provided outstanding evaluation support for our Bridges to the Doctorate program at Cal State Northridge. Their team demonstrated a strong understanding of federally funded training programs and delivered a rigorous, well-structured evaluation framework aligned with our goals. Their insights were clear, actionable, and valuable for both program improvement and reporting. Blackwater Evaluation is a highly professional and reliable partner, and I would strongly recommend them to institutions managing federally funded research and training programs.
