Order received damaged and wasn't the correct product
My first order arrived much later than expected. And when I did receive it the inside of the box was soaked from the distillate that was just tossed into the box and it was the wrong product. I reached out and customer service sent me out a new product which I did receive and it was the correct product this time undamaged. I don't really believe that this is straight and distillate I think this is an e-juice with some sort of cutting agents which are very apparent in the flavor. Also the terpene profile that was trying to be replicated was way off, does not taste anything like the strain that it claims to be . The taste is okay but it is not what I was expecting I don't think I will be purchasing any type of concentrates from Black Tie ever again. The flower on the other hand is wonderful.
