This company has good customer service, great packaging and great bag appeal. However, after trying several of their strains, I have no interest in purchasing any more. None of the strains that I have tried even remotely match their description’s. Actually they have all been pretty bland as far as flowers go. Some of their strains might have a decent smell, but nothing like in descriptions. It’s just basic hemp flower to me. It’s disappointing when you read the description and spend a premium price to receive a product that doesn’t live up to the description AT ALL.

This was no blue dream. The taste was horrible.

So I made my order with Kyle in CS. Kyle sent me an invoice, after inquiring about coupon he added one. However Kyle withheld the information about a new 40% off coupon that was literally released two-three days after my order. He could’ve informed me about that and held my order to the side. But I see all they care about is their money and not actual customer service. After getting my order I notice I received the wrong COA. The COA I received was for D8 infused flower. I was assured whoever packaged my order added the wrong COA. My question would be how would someone mistakenly add the wrong COA? Unless they in fact gave me infused flower. That would be completely unethical if they in fact did. So my flower came completely dry. They did not store this flower properly. I’ve had my order sitting in a mason jar with humidity packs and haven’t been successfully able to rehydrate flower. I also notice that this flower has been prepackaged since March and April. This is old flower. For the price they’re charging you would absolutely hope they would at very least send the best flower they have. Or at least keep the flower stored with humidity packs. Nope not them. This company is banned from multiple subreddits on Reddit. However I chose to put my profile on the line and write a very lengthy review. Leslie gave me the most lackluster response ever. Thank you for the review and have a nice day. No open conversation about my concerns or anything. For the price of outdoor this has been a very disappointing experience in total. The best thing about my experience is the effect of the flower. Without the flower I would possibly give a lower rating.

Always my go to place but was disappointed to place a $320 order (20%off) to find that approx two days later it was 40% off🤔🙁

Products were packaged and presented well, but I did not experience any effects from smoking the CBD or CBG flower I purchased. I thought purchasing the moonrocks/asteroids would give me the highest dosage as well. I don't plan on purchasing from Black Tie again.
