Great For All Experience Levels
The variety and accessibility of the classes is unparalleled. You can take as many classes as you want for as little as $10 per class. the teachers are phenomenal and the workouts are top-notch. I came to a class with friends thinking I would hate it never return. 3 months later and I am now a monthly member taking 3 classes a week. I highly recommend the slow flow class with Johnny on Saturday at 1:15 at the Anderson Rd location and the candlelight evening classes at any location. I've taken them at 2 of their studios and they are all excellent.
