Response from Blackstone JacketsSep 25, 2026

We take allegations of fraud or scamming extremely seriously. However, after checking our records, we have been unable to locate any order from you matching the purchase described in this review. If you genuinely placed an order with our business, please provide your order number, invoice, payment receipt, confirmation email, or any other proof showing that the payment was made directly to our company. You are also welcome to share a screenshot here so that both we and other readers can verify the facts. We are confident in our records. If you can provide a valid invoice or proof confirming that you paid our company for this jacket and that we failed to fulfill the order as claimed, we are prepared to investigate immediately and provide an appropriate resolution. We would even be willing to compensate you beyond the original amount if your allegation against our business is proven to be accurate. At present, however, we believe this review may have been posted on the wrong company's Trustpilot profile, as we cannot find evidence of this transaction in our system. Calling a legitimate business a “scam” is a serious allegation. If you cannot provide any evidence connecting this transaction to our company, we respectfully request that you remove or correct the review rather than allowing an unverified allegation to damage our business reputation. Please provide the order details or supporting evidence so we can investigate this openly and resolve the matter based on the facts.
