Excellent service and competency. Would use them again for sure.

I acquired an older server but was having problems troubleshooting it to start-up. I am pretty good repairing pc but this was beyond my abilities. I called up Blackhawk and I connected to a person immediately to blindly walk through every possible problem. The technician patiently worked through for an hour until we resolved it was a motherboard issue. This would have been such a hassle to find a company and drop it off then schedule a pick up time days or weeks away. Blackhawk was well worth the hour technician fee.

Great guy to work with. Showed up on time, performed as expected and went above and beyond.
