Terrible customer service and broken ordering process for new customer! As a brand new customer,I placed two large orders a few days apart. I received absolutely zero tracking information or updates regarding my shipment. Instead, I suddenly began receiving random refund emails stating refunds about scattered pieces parts of my order without any context. When I called their customer service line staff admitted that the items I ordered were out of stock, instead of notifying me, They held my entire order. Because they held it without communicating. Even more items from my order went out of stock in the meantime. Having to constantly call in, just to find out what is happening with hundreds of dollars in orders is unacceptable. The complete lack of proactive communication and messy inventory management ruined my first experience with this brand I am completely disappointed and will not shop with this company again.

This company tries to portray themselves as a customer focused company. My experience is they are far from that. I purchased 5 of their shirts for a special bundled price. Once I received them I did not like two of them. I wanted to return those two and exchange them for two others that I liked better. I was not asking them for a refund just a simple exchange of two shirts and I would continue to be a loyal customer. They refused to exchange the citing some type of ridiculous policy. So rather than keep a loyal customer (I have purchased a lot from them), they wanted to play hard ball and forced me to not consider buying from them in the future. Does that make any sense for a company of this size and reputation? I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.
