BlackBoxServersReviews of blackboxservers.net

Ive hosted several games through blackbox and other companies- blackbox is superior by far with customer service and server latency. Tickets I have submitted about config questions have been answered within minutes. Blackbox rocks :)

Had an Ark server with these guys for months now and had no issues at all. Their supports is also very fast. Company i used before was nothing but issues and i was lucky for a support reply within 4 days. 10/10 would recommend

bought a ROK server and had some issues installing a plugin, fired in a ticket and they replied fast. Servers been going a couple of months now and all good so far. There was 'maintenance' once and they emailed me a day before so was able to tell my players.

honestly one of the best out there they help you right away are very nice and professional ill always do business with them worth the money.Great job guys.

I have used a bunch of companies over the last several years to host various game servers for me. By far I would have to say that Blackboxservers is the best hosting company I have used. When I submit a trouble ticket I expect a short delay, even for tickets that are "high priority" ... normally a response within an hour or so is good enough to keep me satisfied. The folks at Blackbox have responded to almost every ticket I have submitted in under 10 minutes, frequently in under 5. Not only do they respond frequently, but they know what they are doing an are able to fix my screw ups usually within a few minutes. I simply cannot say how impressed I have been with this company enough. edited on 29 May 2017 -- I came back in here to comment some more because I still use these guys. Their support has been awesome, and this time they helped me setup the "Starvation Mod" on my server, and it is pretty intense. These guys set it up right for me. Awesome support!
