Amount of glitches in it impossible. Customer service was not able to help as it is very poor quality software JUST NOT WORKING!

Total rip-off. I made a £150 donation to a cancer charity but Blackbaud charged me £13.50 'Processing Support" for the privilege. I tried to opt out of this but they took the money anyway. I did not consent to this in any way. I'm shocked, quite frankly. I'll be taking this up with my credit card company.

A terrible company that overpromises and never delivers and will lie at the drop of the hat. Shockingly bad performance for a SaaS company. Probably failing (which would explain the situation) Avoid at all costs. You'll be sorry if they rope you in.

Horrible! Absolutely horrible!! I have a customer that uses this terrible service. It is broken and the customer asks me to help. I can't raise a ticket with these clowns because I don't have an account! How ridiculously insular. That is NOT customer service! And it is an ignorant business model!
