"It is a scam, so please don't waste your money. It looks professional, and they allow you to exchange 3 or 4 times. However, when you try to withdraw your money, they will ask you to deposit more in order to do so. After you deposit, they will ban your account and claim it is suspicious without providing any evidence. I was scammed out of $400."

It is a scam unfortunately. They will freeze your funds after you have deposited some amount of cryptocurrency to their service and demand a "verification deposit" that would be worth hundreds of usd". I was stupid to do that because I was going to deposit more anyway. However, that has no effect and at next attempt to withdraw funds they demand the same thing again but with higher amount of money. Their "24/7 customer service" doesn't exist. They can only be contacted by chat but when you try to send them a message it just says: Error occurred You are temporarily unable to send a message due to the flood!". This is not, however, temporary. As I have figured out.
