I had previously left 1 star…
I had previously left a 1 star experience after receiving what I thought was a illegitimate file download link. Soon after I was followed up from the customer service team who noticed my review and wanted to help me out, providing me with a working link. Thankyou for your help.

Wonderful customer support
Update: I have updated my experience from single star to five star. This change is because of through follow up and exceptional customer support provided by the BizArena team to resolve the product delivery problem. Thanks to them, I am able to access and enjoy the product now. The Product link provided to me is broken. Apparently the link has been removed from the server.
