Customer service is non-existent. The only response you will get to tickets, is a robotic reply stating that ..."We have received your Support ticket (xxxx) and will respond to it in the order that it was received." On Feb 22 I opened a ticket asking for help as my attempt to purchase the $50 package was not finalized. Quite possibly this may have been an error on my part. more than two months have passed and no assistance from the company as to what needs to be done despite my sending additional tickets/emails. It should not take any competent company two months to respond.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY. I SENT $$$ in Bitcoin. They say they don’t have it. I have proof they received it and told me “NO REFUNDS” from NoName/VP of Operations!!!! Couldn’t even give his name. Well the SEC can figure that out. 🙏👍 My job is to let as many of u know, dont risk giving $$ to this company. Reported to SEC

The Biggest scam . I’ve been in it since January before the launch. It’s now April 27 and I haven’t received a dime . It’s no infinity line . I put in the 25 and 50 infinity line . I also purchased the gold package. I received nothing. I’ve sent emails after emails and no one has responded. Do not put and money in these lier. Who ever said they received money are lier . It’s a scam you will loose your money . I’ve sent emails for weeks and no one have returned my emails.I wish someone can stop these people from ripping people off .. but god don’t like ugly . They will pay for all the lies and the money they stole from everyone trust and believe that

Bitlocity is a scam! I never received one payment. Everytime I try to withdraw, they take their withdrawal fee but do not send my Bitcoin. My wallet address is correct. I have sent them 5 emails. Not one response! Please save your money and time. Do not invest

So Im assuming I wont receive any more payments because absolutely no one has joined or will ever join after I was bumped to the end of the line even though YOUR making a million a week? I was told about 3 weeks ago I would receive a call from someone after you guys screwed over 2 of my prospects. Just another Lie in the sea of lies you people have spouted out about the infinity line. Or so Called infinity line, that according to Brian pays moment by moment. No one is making any money from the so called infinity line. No one I've talked to anyway. So I'll be praying that the many many people who have reported this scam of a business actually have an affect and shut you down. And with any luck, you'll all go broke and lose everything you have. And with even More luck, those of you who have been charged with fraud before, actually do prison time. I hate liars. They make me sick. YOU make me sick. Using the dreams and hopes of innocent people to line your own pockets comes with great consequences. And Karma will return to you 10 fold. And anyone of you involved in this scam deserve every bit you get. Especially you MARK FRAUDMAN AND BRIAN LIES. And I cant wait to see what comes around and bites you in your lying asses. If I could give less stars it would be -10. The so called men involved in this are Mark Wellman and Brian Lyles. BOTH have been charged with fraud before. You can google them up anytime. Trust me, stay away from this fraudulent so called company who is lining their own pockets with the dreams and hopes of innocent people.

BITLOCITY IS A SCAM AND IT IS NOT WHAT THEY PROMISED SO MANY TIMES. I have 11 recruits in my account and I never received anything from the INFINITY LINE, even though I activated both the bronze and silver package right at the end of february when they started. I made screenshots from my account and I can show this to every person who wants to see it. Funny how there are NO “excellent” ratings after the 27th of March 2021 at the time I’m making this review. I paid my $25 membership fee on the 28th of February 2021 and when that was showing as paid on my bitlocity account I paid my bronze $25 amount on the same date. This showing as pending at the time. The next day, this payment had disappeared and my bronze package was not showing as being activated. Since then I have sent numerous support tickets and emails and have no replies. Also noticed that if you join their respective “official” Facebook or Telegram groups, you can’t message them or leave comments. Therefore I can only assume that this is a SCAM so AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
