It's a scam trading site. They will take your money and that's it! Its made by scammers for the sole purpose of scamming

Operated by scammer(s) who pretend to be buying/selling/trading bitcoin at attractive prices. If you send in your bitcoin to sell, they will claim to have paid you, but you will never receive payment, and then their "admin" (who are the scammers too) will resolve the dispute to themselves. Alternatively, if you use this "escrow" site to buy bitcoin, they will claim to have never received your payment, and then their "admin" will resolve the dispute to themselves again. Sometimes these scammers might pretend to arrange to meet you in person, but ask you to send in your bitcoin into an "escrow" site before meeting (in actual fact he will never be meeting you, they are probably not even in the same country). Once you send in your BTC, they will not let you withdraw ever again! These scammers bought over a rather legit sounding (and probably expensive) domain to scam you. If you go to whois.com and search for bitcoingen.com, you will see that these scammers just bought it over on March 29, 2020! DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS AND THEIR FAKE ESCROW SITE!
