They are a ripoff,i bought $1,325,waited for it to confirm and reflect in the wallet,it never did,i never saw it,and according to them it was taken,but it never showed on screen....Why,because it's supposed too!

Do NOT USE BITCOIN DEPOT.com There was no where on screen did it ever say what the cost would be to buy BTC and what I would receive as with other BTC ie CASHAPP. I purchase6 5,125.00 in BTC once it posted to My wallet it was $3,921.00 In calling I was told that it showed onscreen the % it would apply …FOR CRYING OUT LOUD HAD I SEEN THIS ON SCREEN NO ONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND CERTAINLY I WOULD HAVE NOT MOVED FORWARD WITH SUCH A PURCHASE… unless they simply do not care or were desperate of neither was I. In calling they say they charge from 20-28% per transaction depending on the location (country state city) this is ludicrous seriously they make a simple process so costly for end the user. This is absolutely HIGHWAY ROBBERY. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN AND WILL BE SPREADING THE WORD OF THERE OUTRAGEOUS FEES THAT I DO NOT RECALL SEEING ANYWHERE… on SCREEN WHEN TRANSACTING MY BUSINESS. As was told me by the customer service support rep.

I'm mad no star isn't a option. This depot is a rip off. They act like their doing people a favor but they are sadly mistaken. I used one of their depots the other night. Going through the process it states there is a $3 charge. So I'm like ok. Boy was I wrong. The amount that showed up on the screen wasn't what i received. It wasn't until after I put my money in not only was I charged the 3$ they also took 12%. I put in 40 and got 28$. Like where my money go. Then I contacted them and was told the 28% is on the screen somewhere. But the only thing that was showed was $3.

This company is a SCAM, put $50 and only deposited to my wallet $34. Called them to complain and was told they take 28% of the amount you insert in the machine. They do NOT disclose this anywhere until you're screwed. How is this legal? Stay away from Bitcoin Depo.

This is a very deceptive ATM service to buy bitcoin; buying $20 of bitcoin resulted my receiving only $13 but they use a very high quote price for bitcoin of $39000 when the market was at $30000 which resulted in my receiving only $13. Avoid and report this deceptive form of Interstate Commerce to your state and Federal Trade Commission. I should have read reviews first but I will never do business with them again.

Well I’m not sure what exactly constitutes something as a scam ripoff or what have you cuz I wasn’t take for all my money Well, anyways, I was excited to try this thinking is was going be be very beneficial to me. Due to my ridiculous living situation I have got myself in I have a very difficult time getting out of my purgatory so I am located in between of 2 Walmarts where where I can deposit into cashapp (and I recommend using in general but especially if the other option is this) and get my crypto from there very easily and my fee is 1 dollar. But halfway to either Walmart is one of these so I thought it would save me time and energy cuz I have to walk. So first 2 attempts to the same location machine was and still is down. So I decided to go to the other one. For starters the machine was janky but given the part of town didn’t expect much. I already set up my wallet and app on my phone and everything and never noticed fees but knew there would be sone. So get to the machine top right said $3 fee which isn’t good compared to my usual dollar but at the same time not outrageous. So I just wanted to deposit 70. Each bill I put in I didn’t know what was gonna happen and took a little bit to process each one. So come to my last bill it took it but didn’t process it nor did it spit it back to me. So I text CC and then after a few minutes I had to get back to my hole so I processed 65 and bummed cuz that and the 3 dollar fee. So walking back I email customer service who frankly don’t seem to care and sucked enlightened me that 70 was deposited and that I will receive my 50 dollars in bitcoin. So I didn’t lose the five that that way but instead found out that for using the atm on top of the 3 dollar fee they charge a 28% (that’s right 28% verbatim) just for using the atm. Which was explained to me like it was plastered everywhere and I know it did not state that anywhere and luckily enough sone of the pictures I took of the kiosk proved that it wasn’t located where they said or anywhere else. If you can and I’m sure for most people it would be easier anyway use any other way. I use both Cashapp and PayPal and both work extremely well and won’t take most or your money. The response I will give them was pretty fast. Even tho it’s bad news it’s like a bandaid. Also the app is janky and has no flow.

I tried using a Bitcoin Depot ATM and it was a horrendous experience. They are deceptive in the fees that they charge, which end up being a very high 22%. They do not offer any refunds and the customer service is truly awful. What a huge scam. Avoid this company at all costs!

Read the terms and fine print carefully. I deposited $500 cash and only received $432 back. That's almost 14% of my cash deposit. No need to ever use their service again. Just use Cash App, PayPal or another exchange. Way cheaper. Bitcoin Depot is a total rip off.
