1. Slow payouts 2-4 hours 2. Poor cust service - they are not given any authority never had a resolution other than frustration 3. At first wins were often and jackpots did come 4. Over time wins became zero almost every hand 5. Games Freeze often 6. kicker was after being vip for months - when I said I was leaving they comped me 150 DOG or $9. insulated and laughable at the same time. 7. Telegram program is not effective those members just troll for freebies and moan. 8. Weekly bonus games are such low wins that last weeks 50 free Spins netted me 9 DOG or $.0.54 and the Monday payouts trigger low wins or win until you meet the min lay - then loose every spin after. 9. No direction for VIP program all reactive and fairly lame compared to bitstarz and 7bit… response time VIP program extremely slow. 10.

I wouldn't even give them one star if I had the option!! TOTAL SCAM!! I won the grand jackpot on Elvis frog for 75mbtc which brought my balance to around 90 mbtc and then when I tried to cash out just a few mbtc it said rejected and all of a sudden it said insufficient funds and my balance was 0.0 apparently I violated some sort of bonus by betting too high but the thing is I asked not to add any bonuses and I won the jackpot on a bet of only 0.075 and the said "violation" was from the week prior and prior to another withdrawal as well. They stated they made an exception the first time and it won't happen again even though this was never brought to my attention until I attempted to make a larger withdrawal. They also neglected to reimburse the $100 usd I had initially deposited. Yeah. They took that too !! Shame on them foul as heck

Total rip off. They started out all fine and dandy but the minute I won a substantial amount all the sudden somehow I broke the rules of their terms and conditions or some corny ass make believe bulls***.

They are a total scam! Only payout smaller amounts! If you win any real money they will never pay it! Full of excuses! Don't put your money on this website!

I notice if you win over 2k btc in usd they won’t answer you or approve a withdraw until you play your balance down below 2k then they will approve a withdraw. This is a warning to anyone who likes to play for big wins. Do not trust them. The site says anything under 1btc will be processed in under a hour thats far from true. They will ignore and not approve a cashout request unless it’s under 2k worth of btc

I will tell you my experience. The games suck!!! Purely just an all around bad experience for me!

Worst online casino ever period. I won big and I got an email from the VIP manager, Tom. He said he would only give me half of the BTC I won. And when I questioned this, they declined my withdrawal and why they wiped out the other half of my winnings in my (over 4K dollars of BTC!!) in my Bitcoincasino.us account. Absolute scammers and they cannot afford big payouts. I will not stop writing bad reviews on this casino until they pay me my winnings DO NOT TRUST THIS CASINO!!!

This casino will do anything to not pay you when you have a big win. I clearly stated I didnt want any bounces on my profile but somehow they alway seem to slip one in and so when I'm playing and not aware that they slipped a bounce in it never fails I win a jack pot and never get paid. Its a scam dont wast your time and money. I will never play here again and I dont recommend it to anyone. Best Bitcoin Casino is a scam!!!
