Established Account and Verified KYC? What could go wrong?
Despite having an account for over 2 years with its KYC verified and over 5+ gift cards already redeemed; they decided to disable my KYC out of no where without any warning because I was "inactive" for... 6 months. I reached out to their Support and spoke with Samantha over the course of multiple days where I was told that there was no way to redeem my latest gift card because my account had been 'closed' and I would have to make a new account to start the KYC over again. While it seemed simple enough, Samantha submitted the request to have my account deleted and 30 hours later; I'm still unable to register! My phone, email, and ID have all already been used!? I contacted Support (Samantha) again and was told that they'd resubmit the request but I would have no option other than waiting another 24 hours. When pressed on this and the past 30 hours, there was no response, only "sorry" and they "apologize". There was absolutely no demonstrated effort to provide support, no demonstrated effort to reach a resolution, and absolutely no effort applied in escalating the matter to get any alternative answer. They were only able to blame their Technical Support team as they "has a heavy workload, they work as fast as they can". This is the last time I will be working with Bitcards. I've had an alright experience for over 2 years though it abruptly ended this deplorable way. Steer clear of Bitcards even if you have an existing account. They will disable your account, waste your time, and do nothing to actually offer support
