The WORST customer service. Garbage quality.

Quality just continues to go downhill under the new owners. Lots of stuff now made in China. And even the stuff still made in the U.S. is now junk quality. And the customer service is absolutely terrible. They even lie about their own warranty to avoid having to pay for repairs and replacements of crap they made that fell apart. I now know why people completely detest this brand after having loved and supported it for decades in the past. It's sad how one bad owner/CEO can ruin a brand.

I've been wearing these shorts for years. Living in Honolulu, we spend a lot time on the beach and in the ocean and I find Birdwell's made in the USA quality to stand up to a lot of use. I love these shorts. I love made in America!

I just had a great experience with them. I bought a pair of their classic made in USA board shorts that arrived with problem. They swapped it out immediately and followed through with communication very well. They stand behind their product!
