First unit did not work properly, had to reorder, this one seems to be ok.

The product is fine and shipped promptly. However the epoxy didn't hold and many fell off. Be sure to use lots of epoxy when installing

The order process went smoothly and was pleasant enough, as for the products, I really can't say as I haven't used them yet, my boat that I need to have them on is out of the water currently so I haven't had the chance to use them.

I installed my Bird Be gone device 10 days ago, and it has bee 98 % effective on chasing away the sparrow problem I was having. What I am hearing from other users of this device that the birds become conditioned to the sound and return. I am going to use my one device for several months before I purchase additional units. Do you have any comments about my concern.

I ordered three identical items, but only received one. When I called the company, the gentleman said, "I have to check the UPS shipping weight. 4 pounds, that's odd." I can't remember the rest but was understanding that he would take care of it. A week later I had to call again. This time he did take care of it and I finally got my completed order tonight.

Got product on time however no instructions on how much to mix product with how many parts of water

We have used a lot of the plastic bird spikes and they work great. Our only issue is that you don't ship to the Virgin Islands. We used to have them sent to family members only to re-send to us and now we use a freight forwarder to get them here. It adds cost and time to the delivery. If you shipped here we would give you 5 stars.
