not only did they tell me the ultra sonic bird be gone was silent, they took forever to refund me! I just thought it must be taking long because they are a far distance, no checked my tracking number it was delivered to their receptionist weeks prior. I had called every week since I sent it and they always said they had not received it. well that was a lie, may they are just lazy. needless to say when I called again and asked for the management I got my refund back the same day.

I ordered bird stakes they didn't work, the birds built a nest right in the bird stakes!! Not a great product!!

Apparently the birds in Laveen, AZ (SW area of Phoenix), cannot read, or they simply do not understand the purpose of the "Bird B Gone" devices. (Yes, that was sarcasm!) After having purchased two packages of the devices, and placing most of those devices around my sidewalk, front patio, and in the tree in my front yard, I am beginning to think that pigeons cannot read, nor do they understand the purpose of the Bird B-gone devices. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY. Yes, even after placing numerous Bird B-Gone devices around my front sidewalk and patio, I still have to clean up numerous bird droppings several times each week. As you "may" know, the droppings are liquid when first dropped. That allows the bird droppings to seep into the pores in the concrete sidewalk and patio. For that reason, it is not just a matter of washing off the sidewalk or patio. Removal of the bird droppings requires some severe scrubbing with a brush and lots of hose water. Frankly, I should be reimbursed for the purchase of both packets of Bird-B-Gone that I bought. If you really want customers to know an honest opinion, then be sure to post "my" comments on your website: In regard to keeping birds out of my trees, I simple cut small strips of white scrap cloth, about 1" by 12" in length, and then I tie one end of the cloth to tree limbs. The local breezes then cause random movements of the cloth strips. The birds have not returned to the tree (but they still leave their droppings on my sidewalk and patio)!

I installed these bird scorers to stop the pigeons roosting in my boat dock. They make no difference whatever - total wast of $

Ordering and delivery are great. Easy, prompt, so no problem. However... The Bird B Gone does not work as it is supposed to and it does not repel any birds. Examples: proximity detector does not work (runs all the time), being able to choose between 3 different sounds does not work (only get 1 no matter what the setting), does not charge up so dies when not exposed to the sun. So what does work: it makes sounds when it is in the sunshine, that's it. Be prepared to return it if you get one. I'll be out cleaning up from the birds. Yuch.

I ordered three-inch metal spikes for my gutters to keep out Doves. So far it's going well. The spikes arrived promptly.
