I received the yard device and had some expectations. not high, but anything to try to get rid of these geese. I had a goose that was sitting rather comfortably that I thought this device would at least annoy into movement. No way. I tried all of the settings, all of them set to the loudest volume and I did get the goose to look in my direction, but nothing else. I think I was more annoyed by the noises that the bird was. Not happy.

The equipment did not work as advertised and, with authorization, I returned it. The return was signed for March 7 and as of today, March 18 I have not been reimbursed as promised. Will I ever get my money?

No sound other than loud ticking.

Hello Mark! Please try charging the Solar Yard Shield in direct sunlight for two full days to ensure the device has enough energy stored. When charging in the sun, please leave the Solar Yard Shield on the OFF mode. If the device continues to give you problems, please contact Bird B Gone at 1-800-392-6915.

Bought the bird trap. It did not trap any birds. Called for help. Tried everything they recommended except buying additional "bird charmer". Disappointed....
Response from Bird B GoneMar 2, 2016
Hello Wayne, we are sorry that you are having troubles trapping the pest birds. Sparrows are one of the hardest pest birds to successfully trap as they are terrified of new objects. It does take time for the birds to become comfortable with the trap when placed in the surrounding environment. The sparrow charmer will help increase the chances of properly trapping pest sparrows. Please make sure you have food and water inside the trap to help lure sparrows in. If you have any question, please contact Bird B Gone at 1-800-392-6915.

Product was very inferior. Customer service was worse. I had to pay shipping twice. Once for the product delivery and again on the return of that crappy device that was purchased. I will never ever purchase anything from this sorry-assed company.

I sprayed the yard per instructions on Tuesday and Wednsday there were 60 geese on the yard. I sprayed again on Wednsday afternoon and the geese were back on Thursday. The product was a waste of money.
