Jason, I am sorry that the Bird Chase Super Sonic did not work in your situation. Depending on the type of bird, sometimes it is better to use a flashy product to scare them away, especially if they are small, skittish birds. If you have pigeons or larger birds a physical deterrent to keep them from landing can work. If you would like to discuss your bird issue give us a call at 800-392-6915. You can also return the sonic unit for a refund with in 30 days of purchase. Let us know. Regards, Bird B Gone, Inc.

Edward, I am sorry that the Solar Bird Chase Super Sonic did not work out for you. The sonic units are sometimes best used with some sort of other bird deterrent, depending on what type of bird you have and what they are doing. It is not recommended for nesting birds. If you would like to return the sonic unit and have us help you find a product that can help you with your bird problem please give us a call at 800-392-6915. Regards, Fran Prisco

Bruce, I am so sorry for all of the trouble you have had with the Repeller 360s. We would be happy to replace your second one or you could try the Bird Spider 360 https://www.birdbgone.com/products/bird-deterrents/bird-spider-360.html that works well one boats as well. They come in 2', 4', 6' and 8' diameters, depending on the amount of coverage you need. The 4' or 6' would be close to the same coverage as the Repeller. If you would like to exchange your Repeller give us a call at 800-392-6915. Regards, Fran Prisco

Teresa, So sorry the visual deterrents did not work, however Herons are a large bird that takes a lot to scare them away. You say you have hundreds on the Inn, what are they doing? Are they on the building, in the trees or just gathering around the grounds? We would like to have a professional bird control installer in your area look at the property to give you better suggestions of how you might be rid of the Herons. Please call us at 8-392-6915 to speak with one of our bird control engineers. Regards, Fran Prisco
