There was a problem with one item in the order, and Alan replaced it right away with no questions. Much appreciated. They seem to be up on the latest products, including woodpecker deterrents, which I needed and had some experience buying. Bird b Gone came up with deterrents I had not been aware of. Prices were reasonable on these products, which can rarely be found in stock at stores.

We've ordered two different spiders and once we figured out how to install (using the sandbags). Unfortunately, the ducks are not all that afraid and walk under and around....but it's not because of the product. The company is very helpful and knowledgeable.

These spikes r awesome. Recently painted house & didnt want birdies pooping & nestin in our freshly painted eaves. Install was easy on wood ; little more elbow grease on brick top. The neighborhood doves were supervising the install & havent had any guesrs since! They look great! Neighbors walking by even comment how great they look. Thank you for a great product.

I manage a bank and pigeons were about to carry us away. I researched ways to control them and discovered the website of Bird B Gone. I purchased some to try them out and the success of eliminating the pigeons was incredible. I have placed two additional orders to cover anywhere they may roost. The pigeons are gone. I HIGHLY recommend this product for bird control. IT works!

We purchased two Solar Bird Chase Super Sonic to try to scare the birds out of the trees over our Senior Center. We set one up across the street and it seems to have almost entirely eliminated the bird droppings in that area.
