Ordered 25x50 net, stainless cable, associated hardware, and a couple of tools. Quality of product was excellent and installation went smoothly. The online installation guides made it easy to ensure that I had everything I needed and that I did it right the first time.

I have a two tier railing on my back deck. My primary railing runs around the deck perimeter. I added 3 feet on top of the existing side railing (for privacy) which butts up against the house. After doing so, I noticed my cat would jump from the lower railing up on top of the railing I added then leap up onto the roof. The long and short of it is he sprained his front paw while jumping down off the roof one day. I'm guessing he missed the railing on his way down. So I installed the bird spikes on the upper railing. These bird spikes fixed DOC's (the cat) wagon. He hasn't been on the roof since.

I ordered from Bird B gone and had it shipped to me. When I found out I was a bit short and went to Lowes and got a 1 box to fill in the shortage it was cheaper at the hardware store... Bad me. live and learn.

Ordered a product without speaking with a customer support person. Product wasn't the correct fit for my need. Called in for return process and was very pleased with all parties with which I spoke. Will be back with no reservations. Thank you.
