I bought 2 360 bird be gone, one of the red flags on the end broke after a storm. I called the company to ask if they have the red flags for replacement. The answer was yes, the gentleman said he would send me 2 at no charge. Great! I waited and waited, three weeks later I had to order a complete 360 bird be gone to replace the broken one. The seagulls were awful bombing my boat. To this day, 2 months later I still have not received the red flag replacements, most disappointing.

Your advertising implied you could set to a predictor bird like a hawk or falcon. I was disappointed you could not do that. We have pigeons and the call doesn't seem to work effectively.

Despite my giving them the correct address, they (I assume the shipping department) put in the wrong city and zip. This delayed the shipment to me. If they weren't sure of my address they should have contacted me. I'm glad UPS knows what city it is supposed to be.

The netting was the size that I ordered but does not stretch. Order a size bigger to make sure the netting will fit over what you are covering. Other than that very good product, and fast shipping.

Second one I have owned. This one is a bit wobbly and does not cover advertised span.

We bought two 8' bird spiders, but they are actually 7' diameter. Also, we tried the sand bag bases. They are very wobbly...any breeze of substance flops them over. Sand weight is probably OK; the base seems too flexible.

First unit failed after 2 hours; discovered later that one of the battery wires had broken away from the printed circuit board when the battery fell out of the battery box (has no strain relief). Battery door is poorly designed and falls out easily. Unit is all plastic (including the sprinkler head). BirdBGone sent me a second unit that's still working after 3 weeks. My application: keep sea gulls off my 40-ft floating dock. Detection range for sea gulls is only 15 ft. on max sensitivity; the advertised 35 ft range must be for larger animals. Top of unit has inside threads for sprinkler head and outside threads for a hose connection to allow remoting of the sprinkler head (not an advertised feature). However the unit fails to turn off in that configuration (with a 6 ft hose). Documentation needs work - says nothing about the sensitivity setting (e.g. "reset" or "off" positions) or adjusting the sprinkler head. Bottom line: it seems to work for 15 ft of my dock and I could protect most of the dock by adding another. I'd like to see the issues above addressed in an updated product, including increased detection range for large birds.

The product works the majority of the time but after two months of being exposed to the elements it shows lots of wear.
