Battery tag was not in when product was received so no need to remove it. Charged for two days as instructed, when it was turned on it went off immediately and the sensitivity is way to low as it continues to create noise when there is nothing to set it off motion wise other than a breeze. Ok if yo don't mind listening to it all day long. I have the sensitivity set on low but doesn't seem to make a difference as it still continues to go off.

Our first unit didn't work, no motion & just got us wet. We received a second one at no further cost. We had to purchase more washers to stop it from leaking. We couldn't leave the water connected. This one did spray water w/motion but not far. What a disappointment in this product for $50.

Just wrote reason for above but disappeared ? Received Product, goose repellent, Read Instructions, bought sprayer and applied to decreasing grassy area where up to 50 geese had been feeding in our backyard. Sprayed x3 days apart but did not deter geese. Called and was told would take 2-3 weeks to work which we did not see in directions. Asked if could get money back- told no. Did spray remainder that day and now 3 weeks later still no help in deterring the geese using this product.

Does not work!

I used 4 oz of your product in a gallon of water, sprayed on my lawn. The canadian geese seemed to love it. I doubled the dosage to 8 oz in 1-1/2 gallon of water. Still does NOT keep the geese from crapping all over my lawn!! Now what? Money back guarantee?

wanted something to scare away the ducks on my lake dock at night(they leave a big post digestive mess). It didn't bother them at all (lights Only), but every time a car came by the property (nearly 80 feet) away, it alerted both during the day and night. Have to keep looking for something to work ....also it would be better if there was not so many screws to remove every time you wish to make a adjustment (possibly a different design.)

I have many screeching Bluejays in my yard and the bird b gone sounds didn't get them to leave. Its been more than 30days, can I return the sound machine?
Response from Bird B GoneJun 7, 2016
I am sorry that the sonic did not work to get rid of your Blue Jay problem. In doing some research online I found out that Blue Jays often are not frightened away by hawks and owls, but will actually confront them when in a pinch. Our sound deterrents work on the premise that the birds are afraid of the hawk and owl calls that play and will flee the area. It seems that these calls may only agitate Blue Jays and do little to get them to leave. Your best bet with these birds is to make sure there is no food available for them as well as comfortable perching areas. If you would like to return the sonic unit, we are happy to take it back. I will email you with specifics on how to do that. Thanks for your understanding.
