Live on small pond that has a geese problem
Live on small pond that is gaining population of Canadian Geese. Now have 14 on the yard constantly. Tried Bird B gone and did not have any effect. If it would have worked I have 90 homes in my development that would have all bought some. VERY DISAPPOINTING as it did not meet the advertising. And I wasted about $90.00 with the sprayer.

Disappointed with lack of quality, performance, and longevity.
Paid extra and purchased the external extension speakers to go along with the system. Only one of the two speakers worked upon plugging them in. Pidgeons continued to roost on our grain leg with the one working speaker placed near the top of the leg. The system completely stopped working within six weeks of purchase. It has been laying on the floor of my storage building ever since in a pile. We have continued to pull bird nests out of our conveyor system prior to each use. Very disappointed with lack of performance and quality right out of the box.

Does not work. Tried it in boathouse to keep swallows from nesting. They laughed at it

Jim, I am sorry that the Avian Fog Force did not work. It is a good product to use for birds that are roosting or loafing in the area. When birds want to nest the best products are exclusion products like netting. Let us know if you would like to return the Avian Fog. Call us at 800.392.6915. Regards, Bird B Gone, Inc.

Unit does not spin with 10 + mph wind
Unit does not spin with 10 + mph wind. Birds pay no attention to it. Called to get help with it not moving and got no help.

Charles, So sorry the bird spider is not working as expected. The "arms" should move with this wind so the birds know not to land there. It is not necessarily the spinning that keeps the birds from landing. Remember that the birds spiders are ideal for pigeons and larger birds, small birds can get under the "arms". Let us know if you would like to return it, call us at 800-392-6915. Regards, Bird B Gone, Inc.

The railing attachment is very poorly designed. The railing attachment for the worley bird is not strong enough to hold the the worly- bird upright when the wind is blowing. The threads on the railing attachment strip off when tightening it down enough to hold the worly-bird upright. As well, the railing attachment will not fit on an oblong boat rail. I suggest you redesign the railing attachment. The two I bought from you are unusable.

The product was applied per instructions by someone with more than 50 years in the field. The results were abysmal. The geese walked through the area of application without any noticeable effect. We wasted money and effort.

James, I am sorry that the Avian Control Bird Repellent did not work for your goose problem. We would like to offer you a refund on the product. Please give us a call so we can get that going. May I suggest you try the Avian Migrate Goose Repellent. It has the MA in it that bothers the gooses sinus membranes when they eat the grass. Remember that it takes at least a week for these products to become effective. Do not mow the lawn for the first week after application and be sure to apply the product a second time in the fist month. It needs to grow into the lawn and flavor it so the geese do not like it. Give us a call for more help. Regards, Bird B Gone, Inc.
