The woodpeckers are gone.
The woodpeckers are gone. Put the spider up and woodpeckers were not happy, kept flying around trying to figure out what to do. It has been windy though and batteries do not last long. Bob M

Life-saving stickers
These unobtrusive stickers have saved the lives of many birds that used to hit our large windows. I buy multi-packs each year. A suggestion for the company -- offer different combinations of leaves in your multi-packs, as in the single packages.

I have used them as well and they do keep birds safe from window strikes by breaking the horizon so they know not to fly into the reflection in the glass. Bird B Gone stands by their products
I have purchased eight different Bird B Gone spider products and I am very satisfied with them. I did encounter a problem with one particular product when it was beyond the normal warranty period, and given my particular situation the company offered to replace the product anyway. Thank you.

Contacted Bird B Gone several days ago about an issue I'm having with the Solar Bird Chase Super Sonic I purchased just a couple weeks ago. They haven't responded to me. Very disappointed. Was finally contacted about a week after I originally posted this review. But the warranty had expired on the unit in that time. No help. Threw the unit in the trash. An expensive lesson. But wait! Someone at Bird-B-Gone must have caught the miscue. Later I was contacted again by someone at the company to apologize for not helping me with the issue I was having with the Bird Chaser. They understood my frustration and immediately sent out a replacement unit. Now I'm very grateful for their help. It also is apparent to me that my initial experience with customer service is NOT what Bird-B-Gone strives for. In fact they went over and above what I could have hoped for in order to ensure that I was satisfied. Thank you. I'm revising my rating to 5 stars.
