I do like some of the products I receive, however some are way too expensive when I look at the Full Price option. I also don't need so many emails constantly. I know how to get in touch or look up the full size product if I want to purchase it.

I would also have hoped to receive more full size items. Please no more sheets to put on the face, and no more dry shampoo or conditioner.

I don't mind it, but there isn't much variety some times and the samples come small. I also get foil packets when I asked to not receive them.

I'm a month or two at most from canceling my birchbox. Far too many creams for me. I also get an ipsy bag and it has a lot more makeup which I prefer. I don't even look forward to these boxes anymore

The wait for the birchbox is almost not worth it. I didn't receive very impressive products this month...

I like the concept of birchbox but I rarely get items I can even use. I tried it for 6 months and have only 1 box I loved. Will be cancelling until this changes

I keep getting so many lotions or the same colors practically in eye liner or eye shadow I like a mix up. I even put on the perfume question that I only wanted one or two every 6 months I've been getting one almost every month for the past 4 months

I have both pros and cons. First of all I absolutely love the idea of getting a package every single month to look forward to. I Perk up and it immediately puts a smile on my face…until sometimes when I open the box. My only frustration lies when either what is shown to be in the boxes and actually isn't in the box or when they throw something in the box that is completely irrelevant to me at all. I almost don't understand why they did a questionnaire prior to me getting my first box if they're not going to review the notes before sending out items. Other than that I do like the ability to try new things each month, things that I wouldn't necessarily pick for myself. I was introduced to some great things that I ended up purchasing in the end. Also, what's the use of being a VIP? I have never been able to edit my box or get the good stuff, just all face creams and sunscreens. It seems the limited supply is very limited. Since the first box I've gifted one for my Sister and my Husband, which his December box was nothing like the one they posted online. I ended up subscribing him to Bespoke Post as well to make up for his December disappointment. Just work on really choosing for your customer and not being so misleading with your box and you'll be fine.
