Spectacular products! Awesome customer service! Great deals! Can't get enough Birchbox!

Birchbox is awesome! I spend so much money on beauty products it's worth the money to sample them before committing. However, I do wish I could choose maybe 2-3 of the samples each month rather than 1. Sometimes the items I get aren't things I would use (ex: purple lipstick). But the points are great to use toward a purchase and it's nice to be rewarded for reviewing a product!

Birchbox has the best customer service by far. I always receive an almost immediate response, and they never hesitate to correct any issues. Of course, I have rarely even had an issue, and when I have they have been minor. I love their boxes, products, and customer rewards. It's obvious that they care a lot about their customers.

the subscription service is a great value at $10 a month. I've found many favorite products in my new adventures in the world of beauty and skincare, etc. I've had a few random issues with shipping and product damage, but the team at Birchbox always handles these with professionalism and kindness. I've recommended Birchbox to friends and will continue to do so!

I love that I get to try all types of products without making a huge commitment. The trial size gives me a great view for an opinion.
