I started with a Birchbox for myself after I saw a friend post hers on Instagram. Within two months, I had ordered a subscription for my husband (who LOVES it) and my sister-in-law (who also LOVES it). All to say, the samples are great and always carefully selected to fit my profile. The surprise of getting fun mail is great. The discounts and great deals on awesome products are great. The selection and introduction to new products are great. I am a Birchbox fan for life!

I have never had a negative experience with Birchbox, every time I've reached out for help they've answered my inquiries as quickly as possible and helped work out any hiccups. I have recommended the service to many, many friends and family. My only issue is that their new shipping service is a lot slower than it used to be. In terms of their whole customer service, however, I think that's a relatively small issue. In addition, I have found many of my long-term favorites through them. One suggestion I have is to offer vegan and cruelty-free options through their boxes (though I know many brands they offer meet that criteria). I've recently decided that I want to move that way exclusively in my makeup and skincare. I'd love to see Birchbox offer a monthly box that caters to that interest.

I love BirchBox! I have had the most wonderful experience with BirchBox. I love the products, my monthly boxes, and the service. I have referred so many friends, and the monthly boxes are my go to gift now! I have found so many products that I use every day. Customer for life! <3 <3 <3

Everything was handled quickly

Overall I am happy with Birchbox. I think for the price it is a good value. I get both Birchbox and Ipsy; I also use to get Beauty Box 5, but cancelled, Ipsy is next on the list to be cancelled. In my opinion I get better quality and more relevant samples. There have been a couple of times that I purchased items that were in my box. I have never bought anything thing from an Ipsy bag. The only down side is the perfume & tea samples. I can't wear perfume & I don't like tea.

I first received Birchbox as a 6-month subscription as a gift and I was hooked ever since. I then bought a yearly subscription as well as bought subscriptions constantly for friends and family. Every month I look forward to getting a beautiful box full of goodies to try. I would say that I convert samples to purchase about once every two boxes. I love this service so much and every time I have an issue or question, their customer service gets back to me in about a day; no waiting around for an email that seems like it may never come. Keep up the great work!

They have been extremely helpful and responded to my questions and reports quickly and graciously. I am incredibly appreciative of how friendly and accommodating their staff has been.

I am so beyond impressed with Birchbox. I have been a subscriber for over a year now, and don't plan on cancelling anytime soon. Every month I look forward to getting my box, and I've discovered so many new and awesome products through them! I have had to reach out to customer service a few times for help with things, and I am nothing short of impressed. They have helped me every time, and went above and beyond my expectations!!!
