The price is right, and I love the points program. It definitely makes me choose to shop at Birchbox, rather than other places.

I love getting to try new samples each month and have even purchased quite a few items full size. Love the products that I'm picking. I have had 3 complaints to Birchbox since subscribing just 6 months ago though. All 3 complaints were regarding damaged items during shipping. Birchbox has awesome customer service representatives and are always quick to respond and very accommodating to make it right. I just think Shipping is not a top priority with Birchbox though. But as long as Customer Service is always willing to replace damaged items at no cost to me then it's not a big concern…. except!! I had thought about purchasing full size products and giving them as Christmas gifts so I feel that I will have to order them shipped to me with plenty of time to have them replaced if there are damaged items rather than having Birchbox send them to the recipients.

The company is fantastic. Puts together a fun and valuable product. The customer service is excellent. I recommend to friends ALL the time.

I've only been w/ Birchbox for 4 months, but I've haven't had a problem w/ them at all. Their shipments have been on time (per email) and the one time I did have a question, their customer service answered it promptly and w/o hassle. I would definitely recommend Birchbox!

The email contact was easy to find and easy to use, I liked the automated response that let me know my request was being processed. I received a personalized reply within 24 hours that solved my origional issue. Wonderful system, felt surprisingly personal for an email modality. Quality service with a prompt and seemingly personal reply, this was an overall very pleasant experience.

Birchbox is one of the better subs out there. Great price and products I will use. I love that I can change my profile to get different products.mm

I love Birchbox! I love the concept of the business and think this is perfect for everyone. I have learned about so many other brands and products through them! Plus they have excellent customer service. I have been with Birchbox for a couple years and don't plan on going anywhere!!

I have gotten so many new and wonderful beauty, personal care, and tasty snacks through Birchbox. Their customer service is great; they respond quickly to get any issue resolved. All of the products are a great and inexpensive way to try new things and discover new favorites.
