On time, consistent, variety, good customer service, great how-to videos, good info. And the most beautiful boxes of all! Wish we could customize a little better. I know you can't please everybody all the time, but I wish I wouldn't get any more skin care products although they are all great I'm sure. I also feel like lip, nail polish and eyeshadows are all ones that they couldn't sell because they are all pretty bad. All-in-all, I love getting these boxes each month. Thanks!

Sure, I don't love every single product I get in my boxes. Are they all worth $10? Absolutely. The customer service couldn't be better. The reps really do provide customer service, not customer inquisitions. I couldn't be happier with them.

I have yet to have a poor experience with birchbox. Every month I receive a gorgeous box filled with beautifully crafted samples for the cost of 2 cups of coffee. I have another subscription beauty box that is double the price and it has been nothing but disapointing every month. This is not the case with birchbox. I love all of my samples so much that I find myself purchasing them from the shop. Their "aces" free shipping program makes me more willing to spend in their shop, because there is nothing worse than paying for shipping. Their website flash sales are great! I received 40% off a few things that I would not have normally purchased, and I love them! Their video tutorials are not difficult and they make sense! I am 33 years old and I don't wear a lot of make up. I love being able to experiment with new things or stick with my look. I love birchbox so much that I have become brand loyal to them! I have not gone on competitor sites since my first box arrived! I love birchbox so much that it is a company I would consider working for. I only do things out of passion and birchbox is a brand I am passionate about. I encourage anyone that hasn't tried it to sign up for a 3 month box at the least. You won't be disappointed. You will be thrilled!
