This was my first make up box subscription and I felt that I had a personal connection to using products that would fit my profile. I have had a few make overs and feel obligated to purchase . This was a simple low cost way to try items and also have fun with some things that surprise you! I'm over 50 and this still makes me feel pretty using these boxes. Not only do I enjoy getting the boxes but view the videos that describe how to use them! I ordered for one year and it has been fun!

I've been a birchbox subscriber since September 2014 and there are so many things that I've come to love about birchbox. Over the past year I have discovered and fallen in love with a lot of amazing skincare, body, haircare, and make up products. The products are amazing and not only have they helped make me look nicer, but with the helpful tips provided on birchbox's website, they also really help cut down on the amount of time it takes me to get ready in the morning. I have more time for sleeping in, taking my dogs on a walk or reading an article in the birchbox magazine. The how to videos have been extremely helpful for mastering hair and make up techniques. I especially loved your post on how to get a great at home blowout and make it last. After watching this video, I was finally able to perfect the at home blowout that I have redone many times since. It is so helpful to do my hair once and have it last for 4-5 days. Lastly, I wanted to thank you for having some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The discovery specialists were so helpful in responding to all of my questions and assisting me as I bought almost all of my from birchbox.

Love getting fun goodies to try before I decide to purchase. They do a good job of providing varied samples in decent sized every month. I have super long hair so the shampoos and conditioners are never enough for a real trial but everything else is perfect! Love it!

I love the free shipping on items that have been sent out as samples and earning points toward future purchases is easy. Overall, a great service.

Honestly I was hesitant to join Birchbox but I am so glad that I finally did. I work from home so it is very easy to fall into the trap of not putting on makeup or feeling good about yourself. Since joining Birchbox I have wanted to try new things and get back into feeling good about myself again.
